CARDIFF ANIMATION NIGHTS AWARDS

This year was the first time that we opened submissions for Cardiff Animation Nights and we received hundreds of films from all over the world! Our jury of 11 industry professionals selected their favourite film from each month's screening throughout the year.

The winning film was awarded the CAN 2023 Award, expertly designed and handcrafted by Sculpt Double.
THE WINNERS
We'd like to say a massive congratulations to 'The TOBOS' directed by Tobias Rud for winning the first Cardiff Animation Nights Award!
The film that came a close second in the audience vote and has received a special mention was 'Offerlamm' directed by Tova Persson!
