The theme for #CAF24 is ‘Treat’ and the time has come that we can start sharing more details with you about what to expect at the festival this year!
As an audience, you can treat yourselves to Q&As, animation workshops and watch screenings of the 96 short films selected from 23 different countries in-person and online!

We're so excited to let you know that Early Bird Passes for #CAF24 are now on sale! There are a limited number, so you have to be quick, but if you're as keen to get involved as we are, this is your chance, make sure you're there!

Here's just a taste of what we have coming this year:
Feature film screenings - Including Chicken for Linda, Robot Dreams and Kensuke's Kingdom followed by a Q+A with Neil Boyle and Kirk Hendry (directors); Mike Shorten (art director) and Neil Martin (head of compositing)
Masterclasses - Led by the artists behind some of the world's best loved and most well-known animated films including Welsh sound designer, composer and voice artist Phil Brookes, who will host a live foley session on stage
Cardiff Animation Nights - The launch party for CAF24 at The Underdog
One Bum Cinema Club - Possibly the smallest cinema in the world!
Industry Day - An industry-focused day of events on Thursday 25th April
Drawing & Walking Tour of Cardiff hosted by artist and animator Briar White
Cardiff Umbrella - Curating and holding a treat-themed animation exhibition
Cardiff Quick Draw - Returning for a fresh 48 hour animation challenge
Relaxed and Baby-Friendly Screenings

All of these events, and those yet to be announced will be captioned and BSL interpreted!
